huge living roomseparate bedroomprivate space
the beautiful room seaview was amazing. it had a huge living room and a separate bedroom. a big bath was also available with lovely bodywash and shampoos. i loved the view from our balcony looking out over shark bay. it felt totally private like we were the only ones there.
the stairs were numerous. it felt hard to reach the pool.

The staff were really kind and halpefull. they fixed a rebooking problem quickly. the free transport to the pier area was useful. It went a few times a day.

i found the hotel has lovely views. the hotel remains super clean and beautifully maintained. i was grateful for the peaceful, luxurious escape i got here.
the shuttle runs fixed schedule. more flexible shuttle times makes improvements to come. i often relied on taxis because of this.

breakfast includes a wide variety of fresh choices. i tried the eagle view restaurant just opposite the hotel entrance. it served delicious, authentic thai food in a local atmosphere.

the staff provides warm and friendly service. they seems always happy to help, what i appreciate. the free transfer from the pier was convenient.

the hotel is a little isolated, what creates its charm. i snorkeled right from the hotel because of its location. shark bay is also accessed off the hotel.

Really good Views and Great Service!

The resort has a nice boutique feel, it isn't too busy! I especially loved the dive club, Joy really looked after us! Manny was our dive guide for a couple of days, his enthusiasm was infectious. All the team we engaged with were super friendly, and really pleasant.
Internet access via WiFi in the room was a bit temperamental, so I'd suggest improving the signal. There were also a few power outages , these didn't last long though. Hopefully, the hotel can sort this out .

The hotel location includes a dive center directly at the hotel, so you can snorkel with turtles just outside! The hotel also provides free transport to the pier area several times a day, it is very useful.

The staff is really friendly! I mentioned my partner's birthday before arriving, and they decorated the bed when we checked in! The lady supervisor on the front desk is one of the nicest people I have met, she is really helpful.

We stayed in the beautiful room seaview and it reminded me of an apartment. the living room was huge, separate from the bedroom. a large bath was available with nice bodywash and shampoos. our balcony overlooked shark bay offering a private space, it seemed we were the only guests. the pool area was great. The pool was massive and had a lovely sunbed area.
the steps were a challenge. lots of steps are present. this may affect some individuals.

breakfast was included with our stay, offering an all you can eat selection. the restaurant provides fine views for breakfast and dinner. the food was very tasty.

staff members were always helpful and assisted with inquiries. they arranged transport from the pier to the hotel and back for our departure. the staff was kind and helpful.

the hotel kept everything super clean and maintained beautifully. snorkeling right from the hotel was convenient, i especially appreciated it. the pool area looked amazing. Lunch there was a highlight.
shuttle times were limiting, a later evening return would improve things! the current schedule didn't allow flexible travel. relying on taxis became necessary for trips outside shuttle times. perhaps a shuttle to freedom beach would enhance convenience.

The beautiful room seaview had a comfortable bed! the air conditioning worked efficiently and ensured a cool, restful night, though the room was a little small. the balcony offered fine views. I spent hours there.

Breakfast included a variety of fresh options! high-quality ingredients created tasty meals. the main restaurant offered beautiful views. No shoes were allowed, it was a bit strange. i enjoyed the local thai dishes at eagle view restaurant. It was opposite the entrance.

The pool area featured comfortable loungers! there was also a shaded section. It was great. the dive club provided excellent experiences. Max was a great dive coach. i did the one day dive experience.
